Centenary Natural Therapies Clinic has been operating in the Centenary area* for over 20 years, and our therapists average 15 years experience. Our philosophy is the constant pursuit of excellence in natural health care.

Our Therapists

Dr Peter Mills (Head Therapist & Acupuncturist)

Dr Peter Mills – Principal Practitioner & Senior Acupuncturist

Peter has a background in many therapies, and has extensive experience with a range of diagnostic systems, including various naturopathic and Japanese acupuncture assessment methods. This allows him to quickly identify what is going on in a client’s body, what is working properly and what is not, what has caused the problem, and what is the best way to resolve it. (This is done during our free Comprehensive Health Assessment.)

Peter also provides Japanese acupuncture treatments, with a special interest in difficult and complex cases, fertility, long-term wellbeing, and pain relief.

Dr Carol Graham (Acupuncturist)

Dr Carol Graham – Acupuncturist

Carol has completed many post-graduate courses and seminars, including the Kiiko Matsumoto style, Manaka Protocols, Advanced Moxibustion training, meridian therapy, Scalp Acupuncture, Auricular Therapy, Paediatric Acupuncture, Acupuncture using Tuning Forks, and Ortho-Bionomy – just to name a few.

She is excellent at treating those who dislike the idea of acupuncture needles.

Carol’s main interests lie in treating thyroid issues, structural alignment problems, and children. She regularly gets great results when treating long-term, chronic health problems.

Dr Michelle Blum (Acupuncturist)

Dr Michelle Blum – Acupuncturist

As well as being an acupuncturist for over 15 years, Michelle is also a very experienced naturopath, nutritionist and massage therapist. This gives her a very broad understanding of the body and how it can be helped to heal.

Michelle is experienced in treating a wide variety of health issues, and her approach is always to try and treat the cause of the problem as well as the symptoms.  Some of her special interests include

Anthea Watson

Dr Anthea Watson – Acupuncturist

Anthea is an award-winning acupuncturist, who has both passion for her work and compassion for her clients. Some of her main interests are in treating

  • Fertility
  • Women’s health
  • Mental health (including anxiety, depression, etc.)
  • Back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Low energy levels and fatigue
  • Digestive problems

She has successfully treated a very broad range of other health problems, including many stubborn, long-term conditions.

Margaret McNamara (Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist)

Margaret McNamara – Naturopath, Herbalist, Clinical Nutritionist, Lecturer

Margaret has qualifications in Naturopathy, Iridology, Western Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, and Weight Loss Coaching. After conducting thorough testing and analysis of your condition, she provides practical health solutions to help people reach their full health potential, and enjoy the life that comes with abundant vitality and energy for family, friends, work and fun.

As well as analysing your health history, family genetics, diet and lifestyle factors, Margaret also uses micro blood analysis, iridology, Food Intolerance Testing, tongue and nail diagnosis, and various other modern and traditional methods to fully understand how your body works and why it is behaving the way it is. She can also conduct a thorough analysis of your blood test results and let you know exactly what they mean for your health.

Sunaina (Sunni) Patel

Sunaina (Sunni) Patel– Naturopath, Herbalist, Clinical Nutritionist, Lecturer

Sunni is a highly qualified and experienced therapist; as well as a degree in Naturopathy, she also holds a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. Sunni has treated a vast spectrum of different conditions, and her treatments are strongly evidence-based and results-driven. She uses a systematic approach to diet planning and nutritional medicine to help her clients achieve their desired results.

Sunni is also passionate about educating students and other therapists, and has travelled throughout Australia as a seminar presenter. Heavily involved in research and training, she was an Australian delegate at The International Scientific Conference of Probiotics and Prebiotics.

For your convenience, we are open nights and Saturdays. (Times available may vary for different therapies.)

Monday to Friday

First appointment- 9 am
Last appointment- 6-30 / 7 pm

Saturday

First appointment- 8 am
Last appointment- 4-45 pm
or by arrangement.

Payment

We accept cash, credit card, Eftpos, and Hicaps (for participating health funds, you can swipe your health fund card and only pay the gap).
